Tomorrow, January 1, 2012, I will begin a "Happiness Project."
I'll be taking on 6 resolutions/month to begin a daily re-focusing on joy in my daily life. The purpose of this blog is to keep myself accountable to this new attitude of positivity. I want to share moments of gratitude and joy from each day. And I need to keep track of my success re: each monthly "resolution" or "goal."
